Boosting Social Engagements
With this project, #WHYSOSOCIAL has been asked to help increase the overall engagement of Chelsea’s social media channels with a main focus on Instagram. This includes proving detailed data and insights to make recommendations of content implementation to promote engagements and follower growth.
#WHYSOSOCIAL took an approach to measuring data in two categories of football content vs non-football content across matchdays and non-matchdays, measuring performance of content strands to decide of next steps as well as providing a detailed competitor analysis.
